How to Use (For Parents)

• If you have received a damaged or tampered product, or if the product has spilled/leaked while being delivered, please get in touch with our customer care within 7 days of the delivery date, along with the supporting images and videos. Once it passes the quality check the product will be replaced and delivered to you.
• We do not have a 'Money Refund' policy. However, if you receive a damaged product or face any other unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to provide you with a credit note, which can be used for future purchases on our website. 
• Exchange requests will be subject to investigation and evaluation by the MaCare team. Requests will only be honored if they are submitted within 7 days of the product's delivery date.
