Refund & Exchange policy
We at MaCare are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. Because opened or damaged products cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept the return or exchange of delivered, opened, or used products.
Our exchange policy only applies to products that are reported within the specified timeframe mentioned below in case of damage or quality issues:
- If you have received a damaged or tampered product, or if the product has spilled/leaked while being delivered, please get in touch with our customer care within 7 days of the delivery date, along with the supporting images and videos. Once it passes the quality check the product will be replaced and delivered to you.

We do not have a 'Money Refund' policy. However, if you receive a damaged product or face any other unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to provide you with a credit note, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exchange requests will be subject to investigation and evaluation by the MaCare team. Requests will only be honored if they are submitted within 7 days of the product's delivery date.

MaCare is not responsible for any damages that may arise after delivery. We do not cover any damages caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application; under our return, refund, and exchange policy.

Exchange Policy for Clothing Collection
Our exchange policy is designed to provide our customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, may not meet expectations, or there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as damage during transit or size issues. In such cases, we offer our customers the option to exchange their purchases within a specific time frame.
Eligibility
Our exchange policy applies to all clothing purchases made through our website or physical store. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. After this time, we cannot accept any exchange requests.

The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and accessories. The garment must have all the tags, packaging, bills, etc., intact.

The garment must not be worn, smelly, washed, etc. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service department at care@macare.online and explain the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide the next steps.

Pack the product securely in the original box.

Include the original invoice or receipt for the purchase, along with any required documents or instructions, and hand it over to the pick-up executives.

After we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the required conditions. Once the quality check is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Our exchange policy is in place to ensure your satisfaction and to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. In case of unavailability of size, we'll initiate the credit note of purchased value.
International Orders & Shipments
We do not offer Goods exchanges or Returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any Goods you have received are in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at care@macare.online within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
For clothing, we recommend you buy a size bigger if you are unsure of the size. Also, double-check the measurement chart before placing an order.
